AVOID!!! AVOID!!!! AVOID!!!

: 20 Days, £12,500 Frozen, Zero Explanation. Avoid for Business.* I have been a Zempler Bank business customer and I am appalled. For 20 days my business account has been restricted without a single reason provided. For 18 days my balance correctly showed £12,500. Yesterday it suddenly dropped to £0. No transactions. No email. No phone call. I have contacted customer service daily. They cannot tell me why. They cannot escalate. They cannot give a timeline. The only response I received was a generic complaints acknowledgment with a deadline of 10th September 2026. What is worse is that Zempler’s own help pages portray customers who complain as suspicious. After reading 4500+ similar Trustpilot reviews, it is clear this is a systemic issue, not an isolated case. Holding £12,500 of business funds with no access, no communication, and no accountability is not banking. It is negligence. As an FCA-regulated firm, Zempler has a duty to treat customers fairly and provide reasons for account actions. They have failed on every count.
