Poor complaint handling and no management response

My experience dealing with this company has been extremely frustrating. I raised a formal complaint regarding a vehicle arranged through Zuto and have repeatedly been promised callbacks within 72 hours, yet weeks later I am still waiting for proper contact from management. Communication from the complaints department has been very poor, and I have found the handling of my case by Amy Clark disappointing, especially where concerns and contradictions I raised were not properly addressed. I am paying over £300 per month for this vehicle, yet I have been left chasing updates continuously with little accountability or support. For a finance-related company, I expected professionalism, transparency, and proper customer care, but my experience has been the complete opposite.
