I felt a bit daunted and embarassed, so kept putting...

I felt a bit daunted and embarassed, so kept putting off ringing Stepchange. But I finally did it, and I really wish I had done it sooner. The person I spoke to was non-judgemental, kind, and put me at ease throughout the call, I really felt I was in good hands and I felt so, so relieved to have made that call and that my financial situation was going to be manageable, and that there was light at the end of the tunnel, instead of a bottomless pit.
