Review of the EasyJet, Travel Insurance:

Easyjet customer service and insurance horrible.

Damaged our suitcase. Arrived late at night so impossible to report at the time. Fortunately not deadly- suitcase unusable but contents ok. Replacement suitcase only 45 euros from Palermo Street market. Again not deadly, but some money and lots of inconvenience. But getting any response gas been stupid. When you're miles from home it's impossible to even get started on the forms. Reviewed on: 18th June 2026
