Had a water leak under concrete floor in kitchen .

Had a water leak under concrete floor in kitchen . They said get plumber in to find leak take pictures before repairing leak. When we sent pics in they asked for quote to repair flooring kitchen tiles kick boards and any cupboards that were damaged. Had to deal with another contractor for dehumidifier to help dry out concrete floor after 4 weeks and arguing with insurance assessors we finally got a response where we came to a reasonable price for replacing tiles and kick boards plus removal and refit of island units . In total took nearly 3 months to complete. Reviewed on: 13th October 2026
