Absolutely appalled by Paymentshield.

Absolutely appalled by Paymentshield. They automatically renewed my tenant insurance without my consent and increased the monthly premium from around £20 to over £80. I never agreed to this price or authorised the renewal. This feels incredibly unfair and has left me out of pocket. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
