Their customer service is very straight forward and very fast in processing queries. Was abroad last year and kept on getting my card blocked due to the dodgy ATMs, however the staff were always understanding when I phoned.

They are very straight forward when it comes to their insurance, their staff are professional and their prices are very reasonable.
