ISA Transfer Delays. Poor & dishonest customer service

It’s taken over a month to set up the account and despite the money being transferred from my old ISA over a week ago there is no sign of it in my Tesco account. No proactive communication from Tescos. When I call I just get excuses about how busy they are. Totally unacceptable customer service. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026
