Staysure Travel Insurance: Amazing service.

We have had travel insurance policy for years. We use them because all known condition are covered. We never had to use until last December. We were in Spain. My husband got ill with what we thought was a chesty cold. This turned to Brochitis very quickly. The local doctor came out to see him the second day and he was rushed to hospital with pneumonia. He was very ill at this point. The hospital we were sent to was an international hospital. 50kilometer away from where we were staying. Staysure couldnt have been better. They were fantanstic. From the start the covered everything. The hospital was incredable. 3 specialist looked after my husband because of associated conditions. Kidneys Heart etc nothing too much trouble. Every consultation we were joined by an english speaking person who explained everything. Two days after he was admitted l was contacted by a group of helpful people who was there solely for me. They helped me with issues like closing the tental we were staying in. Negotiating with Staysure to get taxis to get our belongings. Any question l had they found the answers and the support they gave me was priceless. I didnt feel alone. My husband was in hospital for 3 weeks. Staysure helped us get home just in time for Christmas. The organised our flight and a paramedic who met us at the hospital and escorted us back to our home in the UK. I cant praise Staysure and their associates enough for the care he had and the support l had. They settled everything very quickly with no argument. Amazing. Reviewed on: 12th October 2026
