They allow fraud

I would give them zero stars if I could. These brilliant minds do not recognize that Google ignores periods in email addresses. I alerted them to the fraudulent use of my email address in the creation of a fraudulent account with their company. You would think that this company would take action since it is a financial account. However, they made excuses and told me to block their emails and that maybe someone made an account with a similar name. How utterly incompetent and absurd. Their first step should be to close this fraudulent financial account. Their security team must be stuck 20 years ago to be unaware of Google’s policy of ignoring periods in email addresses.
