Appalling service over an entire year.

Appalling service over an entire year. As an elderly person I needed to notify them of new medical conditions when they arose but getting them to do that proved to be nightmare. They start off by inviting you to contact them online but they refuse to accept this type of notification in that way. Nor can you normally speak to them directly. You have to wait for a callback - maybe the next day if you're lucky. Then on the phone you face a barrage of repetitive questions but even then you usually have to wait at least one extra day before they advise you of the additional premium. When they finally issue an additional memorandum they don't bother to delete earlier ones which by then contradict it, making sensible interpretation a huge headache. Never again.
