Review of the Tesco Bank, Pet insurance:

Chose Tesco and I’m glad I did.

Insured my new kitten after reading reviews chose Tesco. She then developed a neurological disorder needed imaging. Claim submitted by vet and paid speedily. She then 6 months later had a seizure leaving her with limited vision and even less mobility. We made the decision to put her to sleep. I nearly just cancelled my policy but was advised to claim for her final treatment. I received payment also covering her cremation with a letter offering sympathy. It was appreciated. Obtaining a refund.

Having had issues with faulty purchases in the past and no resolution with vendor a full refund was obtained through PayPal. Reviewed on: 15th July 2026
