Could not change vehicle on portal, wasted over an hour. they charge more for telephone interaction changes as well when you do it yourself. reasonably priced but such a poor system. lots of their telephone numbers don't connect. very frustrating experience. in the end it was cheaper to cancel then go on a comparison site to get my updated cover!
