Sounds like a great idea, cashback. But for no reason they have cancelled my account, taken all of the reward points and have held over £100,000 I put into their new savings account. Completely without explanation. Of course I called, they were not allowed to tell me why and could not release my money. All the direct debits have stopped so SKY, Internet, mobile phone and many other subscriptions have not been paid creating more headache. What kind of company does this and says tough luck?
