Excellent customer service

I have been a Barclays customer for over 15 years, and my experience with Barclays has always been brilliant. The bank is very easy to deal with, and I have always found the customer service to be excellent. I would especially like to recognise Jas Kaur at the Leicester City branch. She has been working there for a long time, and she is an outstanding member of staff. Jas is extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Whenever I have asked her a question, she has always answered politely and taken the time to explain everything clearly. On several occasions when I have struggled or been unsure about what to do, Jas has guided me in the right direction and helped me resolve the situation. I genuinely cannot thank her enough for her support and kindness. Jas is a real credit to Barclays, and I believe her hard work and excellent customer service deserve to be recognised.
