Possibly the WORST company I’ve ever dealt with.

Possibly the WORST company I’ve ever dealt with. Customer service is rude and patronising. They hang up after ringing your mobile phone for 4 seconds. When you call them back they say they can’t speak to you until the next working day! They don’t call you back when they say they will. My vets said they were the only insurance company to have refused a claim for the treatment I submitted a claim for. A company to AVOID and a very frustrating and unpleasant company to deal with.
