Don’t try if you have suffered with long term debt

I’ve struggled with long term debt for a while, so as a police officer No1 CopperPot was recommended by the Fed. I was at the point of considering a debt management plan and found it hard to give a plan on what I owed and could save with their help. I was refused based purely on my credit score despite showing how this would save money and be able to pay the repayments. There is an appeals process which I took part in and never heard anything back! Reviewed on: 25th August 2026
