Broken claim portal prevents online submission

I’ve spent the past few days trying to submit a claim on their online portal, but the site simply doesn't work. I filled in every single required box and kept all my attached documents well under the 10 MB limit. Yet, every time I hit the "Submit" button, the page just reloads for a second or two and leaves me on the exact same page. There are no error messages to explain what’s wrong, and I’ve tried submitting on three different devices (my phone and two laptops) with the same result every time. My paperwork is completely ready to go, but their glitchy submission page makes it impossible to actually send it off. Reviewed on: 29th August 2026
