Excellent customer service by the Mortgage Lending team

We contacted Suffolk Building Society for a mortgage and was assigned to the mortgage advisor, Stephen Lye. He delivered excellent customer service throughout the process. Stephen clearly explained each step and managed our expectations regarding timescales, he happily answered any questions that we had and he was always easily contactable.
