AVOID at all costs

Our company had an electric home charger through Allstar, we sold the electric car and told Allstar to cancel our account as of 31/07/26, we have now been charged I. September and when I questioned it was told that because we did not confirm by email to cancel they carried on charging and we would not have a refund. So me telling them to cancel it is not enough!!! The fact that it was only £22 and they would not refund says it all, if I ever had another electric car I would never put it through Allstar and you get a negative review!
