Extemely Slow and Unresponsive

I have been trying to transfer my pension away from them for 7 months. They have been extremely slow at every stage and raised incorrect objections to delay the transfer. They are quite polite on the phone but do not reply to emails, They are a very useless firm and all the other complainants have my sympathy. Reviewed on: 16th September 2026
