The procedure was transparent, but...

The procedure to go to a decision in principle was transparent and understandable. I was extremely disappointed to find out that they do not provide mortgages to flats that are held under freehold status. If this is the case it should be stated clearly in the documentation and then avoid the wasted time of the potential clients. Reviewed on: 21st September 2026
