Been with Virgin Atlantic since 1989.

Been with Virgin Atlantic since 1989. And a gold card member pretty much all that time. Decided to take the Virgin Atlantic credit card as a loyal member. Bad mistake. Card been blocked 3 times for no reason. Trying to call their customer services is impossible a bunch of useless pre recordings getting you nowhere. I even pressed the button report a fraud just to get a person the line and nothing! So do not use this garbage and Virgin Atlantic beware of the brand reputation as I am throwing the card away!!
