Received a great service from start to finish, received great knowledge from Lois regarding EURO rates, my order ready and packaged in perfect denominations from Aaron and then super customer service on collection from Karen. I travelled with a large group of women after discussion I had the best experience and received the best exchange rate with M&S. A few of the ladies had been to Tesco bureau and did not have or receive the same experience, instead very unhelpful. Reviewed on: 29th September 2026
