How poor the service is from this bank.

How poor the service is from this bank. I have had a business account for over 15 years, and never been overdrawn or missed any payment. The bank has stopped my account from paying out due to an account review, this happened over a week ago without anyone telling us, I only knew when I tried to make a payment. I gave the bank over the phone all the information that they required 3 days ago and my account is still on hold. I have spoken to them every day since and all I get is that there is a review and we can’t tell you when it will be completed. How am I meant to run a company if I can’t pay out. They have never been a great business bank but this is the last straw and now going to move to another bank. Reviewed on: 30th September 2026
