Unoccupied property was in probate.

Unoccupied property was in probate. Have a good price for cover, which became effective immediately even though there was a problem with payment coming out of estate account. Dealt with efficiently over the phone. Also good at cancelling renewal once property had become occupied. Good specialist insurance provider. Reviewed on: 6th October 2026
