CRM that i could build into my preferred workflow

As a directly authorised broker, finding a CRM that genuinely streamlines my process has always been a challenge. I wanted one central system to manage my clients, track my pipeline, and finally get rid of the endless spreadsheets that were eating into the time I should be spending with clients. Taking on a new system is never easy, especially when you’re trying to build it around your own preferred workflow but Adviser IQ has exceeded every expectation. I have nothing but praise for Adviser IQ. The platform itself is powerful, intuitive, and clearly designed with regulated advisers in mind, but the biggest win for me has been their willingness to adapt and tailor the system to fit my exact needs. Nothing is too much trouble. Their communication is exceptional, and any amendments or tweaks I’ve requested have been handled quickly and professionally. They’ve helped me build a setup that works perfectly for me, my clients, and the way my business operates. The impact has been genuinely positive, my pipeline is clearer, my admin is lighter, and I’ve gained back valuable time to focus on what matters most to me, seeing clients and giving advice.
