Hidden fees

Had my pension with them and was making regular contributions. I realised that their charges were high, so when I thought I was out of the 6 year 'Exit' period for fees, I decided to transfer my pension elsewhere. Imagine my horror when I found out that the one off payments and contributions I had made continued to count towards the exit period. I would be saddled with exit fees until 6 years after my last contribution into the pension. I still left and fortunately my new provider compensated me for some of the loss.
