Sad demise of once good company.

terrible automated phone system. It kept asking same questions again and again. When I finally got the phone ringing for an agent--it cut off, Absolute torture. Also big increaser in charge although most companies had reductions. Call centre now moved from UK to S Africa. This was a giood company--now terrible--very sad. Reviewed on: 19th October 2026
