Staysure they Suck

We had the top StaySure insurance hoping that if we ever needed it we would be covered - oh no we weren’t - a cancelled train due to a power outage and no trains in and out of Montparnasse - a day of holiday lost - an expensive hotel paid for which couldn’t be enjoyed on the first night - no chance of getting a penny pack despite all the paperwork and well publicised issues in Paris - do not touch these people - keep your 200 pounds - they even said sorry for my disappointment - patronising - disappointment ? Furious at a terrible company Reviewed on: 19th October 2026
