I’ll send her away

I wanted to change my account for a better rate of interest. I thought I had seen one on the website but I was mistaken. The assistant checked with a colleague, as she was returning to the counter they were laughing and I heard her say ‘ I’ll send her away’. Very surprising as I have always had very good service.
