The claims process has been a tortuous nightmare

I have had a nightmare claiming for a cancelled flight which delayed my holiday by 24 hours. Admiral insisted that about 15 documents were uploaded to their (very glitchy) website, then took 20 working days to review each upload. They came back repeatedly asking for addition evidence that I was on the point of just giving up on multiple occasions. It's impossible to find any to actually talk to and their bots don;t recognise straightforward things. All for the sake of £194! Avoid them. Reviewed on: 27th October 2026
