No need now to visit the branch for existing customers who doesn't live there, unlike previous maturities, which is welcome, as it risked alienating existing customers in the past

I set up a regular savings account a few years back, a bit inflexible but the rate was good. I appreciate rates have dropped a touch in recent months but to take it from one of the best paying accounts to one of the worst of its type is a bit naughty, lopping 1% off in one swipe. Accounts are no longer competitive, and I now question voting against Murray Financial! (Yes I've been a member many years)
