Transferring money into my daughter’s new account was painful. The first attempt was rejected as I did not put the correct reference number on it. I then did a test transfer of £10 and received 2 letters in the post saying £10 Reviewed on: 13th December 2023

I liked that I was able to carry out a procedure over the phone and not on line as my internet connection in my area is not stable and can drop out at any time. Also the queue at the Branch can be long when customers need to talk. Reviewed on: 13th December 2023
