I was promised a leaflet, but this was omitted from the package. I did have very much better assistance from Katie Usher at the Bishop's Stortford branch, who did her best to sort things out, and provided excellent service. Reviewed on: 28th January 2023

Requested payment from a one year fixed rate maturity bond. The transaction took 3 days to be paid into our bank due amount. We ere not aware of this time. Reviewed on: 27th January 2023
