The reason for contacting SWBS was that we wanted to withdraw funds from maturing bonds but could not do so online. It transpired that our nominated bank account was not listed in the options for where to transfer the money. Reviewed on: 17th January 2023

Inefficient (same documents repeatedly requested), pedestrian, risk averse when very low risk, hidden costs (Saffron recommended solicitor but required to obtain independent legal advice at high cost) Overall a dreadful experience! Reviewed on: 17th January 2023
