Our regular savers were coming to an end. The assistant carried out the necessary actions to close them and start new ones for the coming year in a patient, helpful way and much quicker than we could do it on line. Reviewed on: 12th December 2022

The only disappointment was that I did not receive a letter from Saffron that was sent in September informing me of the options for me at my mortgage expiry. The notice of a significant increase as it moved to your SVR prompted my call. Reviewed on: 6th December 2022
