There is no option to check the account status on-line. This would be a big improvement and often negate the need to call. The time to answer the phone is quite long Reviewed on: 5th September 2022

Common sense approach to what I asked to be done. I wish you had been quicker to show better savings interest rates. And the BoE meet again in 10 days time when they are likely to raise the base rate again - so you should be quick to react. Reviewed on: 5th September 2022
