No way of managing my mortgage online. Answers to my questions were a little vague. Not happy that I need to prove to you that I can afford to pay off my entire mortgage. I’ve been paying your over inflated rates for 16 years. Reviewed on: 15th August 2022

The reason I telephoned was I had opened a new bond, the confirmation letter said that a certificate had been enclosed, but it wasn’t. The same with my husband’s new bond, the letter, but no certificate. Phone call rectified this. Reviewed on: 15th August 2022
