The ONLY thing that is annoying is the answer machine system. When you call a million times, like I have had to, it gets intensely irritating. But apart from that , I am WELL impressed with EVEYRONE I have dealt with at Saffron. Reviewed on: 20th April 2022

Face to face customer service is always good, but correspondence offer seems below the standard I would expect e.g. the envelopes are hand written which doesn't lock very professional and the envelopes are sealed with selotape. Reviewed on: 19th April 2022

I would love to access to the interest figures above without having to phone, but I do not get these in writing (i.e. without phoning) until December 2022. Can the payment statement be aligned with the tax year rather calendar year please? Reviewed on: 19th April 2022
