It would be useful if your overpayment bank details were on the online ‘confirmed as correct’ list to give customers comfort that payments have gone to the right account. At the moment my bank couldn’t confirm account matched Payee. Reviewed on: 28th February 2022

Online system kept logging one out. NOT good for an 85 year old slow on a computer. Too much info had to be found and that takes time. Applicant should be warned at the start that they will be 'timed out'!!!!!!!!!!! Reviewed on: 28th February 2022
