i simply wanted to fix the rate for the remaining 5 years of my mortgage. It proved to be impossible. There was no flexibility and it would have been treated as a new mortgage and subject to the £9700 penalty. Promised call back not made Reviewed on: 18th January 2022

It would be good if you didn't assume that all your clients are tech savvy. 1 I was going to the branch to sort out my bond. 2 then I was to do it all online and print off something (don t have a printer) next step was phone call. Reviewed on: 13th January 2022
