I always used to go into the Ware branch but since COVID have rung the main number with any queries or issues. Without exception every time I’ve had a query or issue the handler has always been polite, cheerful and knowledgeable. Reviewed on: 7th December 2021

Our maturing bonds and ISA's are transferred to everyday savers at our request but the documentation has gone from none to poor and incomplete. I plan to visit my local branch to discuss this. Reviewed on: 7th December 2021
