Telephone was answered quite quickly and staff member was helpful. It is good that the savings rates (although terrible) are marginally better than other High Street Building Societies and Banks Reviewed on: 23rd June 2021

I had an internal transfer setup between accounts for 12mths. And now i am told that isnt allowed so i have to arrange it myself from another bank account instead. Craziness....ill definitely start looking for other banks who want to help. Reviewed on: 23rd June 2021
