I was wanting to print a statement of my account, but the portal does not allow for me to do that. The workaround, I was sent via post a printed statement. It arrived the following day, which was great. The portal design should be updated Reviewed on: 10th February 2021

In my dealings with SFB I have only experienced helpfulness from your staff. However, as a Power of Attorney for my aunt, I find it incredulous that in this day and age I am unable to carry out transactions on line. Please remedy! Reviewed on: 5th February 2021
