Quite satisfied, sorting accounts I hold for grandchildren each year was all done on the telephone. However, will be glad to bring grandchildren into branch again as soon as we can - they understand savings better if they come in. Reviewed on: 1st December 2020

The switch process was very smooth but I was disappointed that the initial products we were offered to switch to were changed by the time I responded meaning that we are now paying more for our mortgage than we were under the old product. Reviewed on: 29th November 2020
