A virtual bank with severe lacks of technical features

Here are a list of issues with Ditto Bank:
- Lack of a web interface to verify your account details online. You need to exclusively use the app
- the PIN pad on the phone keeps changing all the time and it's just a massive hassle to type in your PIN code
- There is absolutely no way to use a 3rd-party banking app (like Banking 4, Finanzblick, Outbank360 etc) to pull the account balances and have them aggregated. I do not think many people use Ditto Bank as their main bank anyway, so one must expect that 3rd-party banking apps will be used to manage balances. They do not have anything like HBCI interface or something similar (basically APIs) to access the account.
- Obviously, since there are lack of APIs to access the account, there will be no 2-factor authentication needed here.
-A bank with so few features and capabilities actually costs €9,99/month to use. This is crazy, considering a bank like N26 offers so much more, for free.
