My ISA rate has PLUMetted.

My ISA rate has PLUMetted. So I asked the support team to see if there is a better rate they could offer, either the AI bot or one of the team said they would call me back, I have had no response. They clearly do not want my business. They also signed me up for the Premium trial and left me on Premium without telling me, several calls to the managers I was able to get a refund.
