Natwest Is Just Ok

Natwest it ok if you are using a basic account, I had trouble receiving a pin reminder and waited almost 2 months when I contacted the advisors on live chat the representatives didn't appear to be from the Uk and Understand me however when I called my branch they were very helpful Reviewed on: 12th February 2016

Customer service is poor

I have been with Natwest for several years now and only this year I have began to have problems with Natwest, I have had some missing payments which were eventually investigated months after complaining! The customer service were not interested and transferred me through to the complaints department who couldn't understand English Several times I have had available funds showing on my account which shouldn't have been showing as available and have then went on to cause me to become overdrawn.
