Good user proposition

As an employee I have had various companies provide health insurance throughout my career but this is the first time I have actually engaged with my provider. Not because I have claimed but because of the member portal. Use of technology makes everything easy and the information I need is there for me when I need it. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
